Food Concept

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Local alcoholic, non-alcoholic and some foreign drinks are free of charge for 24 hours within the brands determined by the facility.

Mediterranean A la Carte Restaurant, with reservation and free of charge for stays of 5 nights or more. All other a la carte restaurants with reservation and charge. Sunset, Mongolian, Sini Turk and Barbecue a la carte restaurants are at Sunrise Resort Hotel. Star Executive Lounge is only available for TOP VIP guests.

Minibar of main building and club rooms; Beer and soft drinks are refreshed daily between 09.00-17.00 for free. Freshly squeezed juice is free of charge in the main restaurant during breakfast. Room service is chargeable 24 hours a day.

Upper Lobby Bar, Elephant Pool Bar, Waterfall Bar, Saigon Bar serve within Starlight Resort Hotel at the times determined by the facility. Aqua Snack Bar and Sunrise Beach Club are at Sunrise Resort Hotel. Secret Bar is only open to Top VIP guests.

Children Concept

The facility offers a holiday full of educational and entertaining activities for little and young guests, accompanied by expert staff, with areas and activities that will meet all the wishes and expectations of families with children. In the facility, mini club (4-12 age group), Mini Star Kids Club (2-4 age group - accompanied by parents), Teenage Club (13-17 age group), playground, baby sitter, baby carriage, with an area of 3000 m², children's buffet, mini disco available.

The mini club (4-12 years old) provides service between 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-17.00 accompanied by professional children's animators. There is a mini disco between 20.30-21.00. The mini club has a game room, a sleeping room and mental and physical activities for children. There are playgrounds for children at different points in the garden, themed days (on certain days), playground at the beach, indoor and outdoor children's pools, wet bubble, riding club and a children's buffet in the restaurant.

General Warning

For security reasons, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the fitness center. Limited free wireless internet in public areas and rooms. (VIP line internet is paid.)

The floors of the rooms in the main building are carpeted, and the floors of the club rooms are laminated. Room cleaning is done every day, and linen is changed every other day.

Married couples who will benefit from the honeymoon package are required to show a marriage certificate at check-in for the accommodation they will make within one month from the date of marriage.

Check-in to Starlight Resort Hotel rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open areas serving at the facility depends on seasonal conditions.

The facility has a handicapped room. Except for family rooms or some private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 stays in other rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.

If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), if any of the guests leaving the hotel early, the fee will not be refunded.
