General Warning
- Boys over the age of 5 are not allowed in the ladies-only section of the spa. Our little guests under the age of 5 can only use the children's pools. The use of pool cloth is mandatory for your little guests. In terms of hygiene, the use of caps is mandatory in our pools.
- Deluxe rooms are large enough to accommodate 2 people. Deluxe rooms do not have 2 separate beds and there is no extra bed in the room.
- The entrance to Akrones Hotel rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property.
- The use of open areas serving at the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
- Except for family rooms or some private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 accommodation cannot be made in standard rooms. Extra beds provided may not have the comfort of a fixed bed.
- Half Board accommodation in the facilities starts with dinner and includes dinner for the number of nights stayed and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
- If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.
