Accessible Holiday: In order for disabled guests to have a more comfortable and enjoyable holiday, common areas, restaurants and special services offered in the beach section are among the facilities provided by the facility. Special wheelchairs that provide mobility on the sand are offered to disabled guests.
Food Concept

Except for family room and private room types, a single bed is provided for child guests in 2+1 accommodation.
Welcoming Executive Villa and Superior Villa guests and check-in procedures are done in the villa area. Direct entry to the villa is handled by the butler, without visiting the reception.
Special holiday assistance service for Pool Villa, Family Pool Villa and Pool Suites, in-hotel shuttle service, breakfast and dinner service, Veranda Restaurant and bar are available.
Before 1 May and after 1 October, the aquapark, pools and beach serve depending on the weather conditions and the intensity of the operation. Rixy Club, Adventure Park and Smarties may show operational changes before 1 May and after 1 October depending on the age of the children and weather conditions in the facility. Happy Babies section provides service between May 1st and October 1st. Outdoor units (restaurant, bar, etc.) and the hours and service locations of entertainment programs may change or be canceled depending on weather conditions and seasonal intensity. Happy Babies serves between 1 June and 15 September.
High-speed wireless internet is available for free. Guests who want to take advantage of the babysitter service must inform the property 1 day in advance.
The entrance to Rixos Premium Tekirova rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open areas serving at the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed. In the accommodation of 2 adults and 2 children, a separate bed is not provided for the second child. Children guests are provided with sofa beds for 2+1 accommodation in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms.
Ultra All Inclusive accommodation at the facilities starts with dinner and includes dinner for the number of nights stayed and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room or a suite room; If any of the guests staying at the hotel leaves the hotel early, the fee will not be refunded.
