The facility, which has the Green Star (Environmentally Friendly Accommodation Facility) certificate, promises its guests a privileged holiday with its facilities and brand new beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are offered free of charge to the guests of Rixos Downtown Antalya.
In the comfortable and balcony rooms of the facility; minibar, LCD TV, satellite broadcasting, air conditioning and free wireless internet. The balconies in the rooms offer a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean to the guests. The property also has facilities such as free private parking, 24-hour reception, lobby, laundry, dry cleaning, and luggage storage. In All Inclusive accommodation, open buffet meals in the morning, lunch and evening are free. Local and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks within the brands determined by the facility are free of charge for 24 hours in the Lobby Lounge. Minibar is replenished with 2 water, 1 soft drink (cola, fanta, soda, cold tea) and 1 beer each day. A la carte restaurants with reservation and charge. Lounge Lounge provides service 24 hours a day. Tropic Bar serves between 10.00-00.00. Room service is chargeable.

General Warning
The air conditioners of the facility are connected to the central system and are adjusted according to the seasonal temperatures. The air conditioners in the rooms can be turned on and off by the guest, but the temperature cannot be changed.

Guests of Rixos Premium Belek, Rixos Downtown, Rixos Beldibi and Rixos Premium Tekirova can enter The Land of Legends free of charge during their stay.
Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available at the facility.
The entrance to Rixos Downtown Antalya rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property.
Couples who want to take advantage of the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate at check-in for their stays within one month from the date of marriage.
The use of some of the open areas serving at the facility may be limited depending on seasonal conditions.
Except for family rooms or some private rooms, 3+1 accommodation cannot be made in standard rooms. Extra beds provided may not have the comfort of a fixed bed.
All Inclusive accommodation provided at the facilities starts with lunch and includes dinner until the number of nights stayed and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.
