The facility, which is located by the sea, has a mixed sand and pebble beach. There is a swimming pool and aquapark entertainment for adults and children in the facility.
Providing service with the concept of Ultra All Inclusive, the facility also has 4 a la carte restaurants besides the main restaurant with open buffet service. Dietary and vegetarian delicacies are also offered for lunch and dinner.

The entrance to Granada Luxury Okurcalar rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
Except for some private rooms, 2+1 or 3+1 stays in other rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed. Some of the rooms have a sofa.
Ultra All Inclusive accommodation at the property starts with lunch on the day of check-in, includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, and ends with breakfast on the day of check-out.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room or a suite room, if any of the guests leaving the hotel early, the fee will not be refunded.
