Food Concept
Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Some local and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are free of charge for 24 hours within the brands determined by the facility. Freshly squeezed orange juice is free of charge at breakfast. Freshly squeezed vegetables, fruit juices and energy drinks, all bottled alcoholic products, all special local and foreign wines and champagnes, premium alcoholic beverages (10 and 12 years and over VSOP, XO Cognacs) are paid.
Turkish - Seafood A la carte restaurants are free only once for reservations and stays over 7 nights. Minibar is filled with soft drinks every day. Ice cream service, Kumpir service, Boiled corn service are free treats.
There is a diet corner in the facility and the employees are closely interested in all the needs of the guests during the buffet hours. The Guest Relations Department and the kitchen team contact the guests who marked the allergen warning on the Guest Information Cards filled at check-in and assist them in accordance with Crystal Hotels Management standards.

General Warning
Access to Crystal Family World Of Colors Resort & Spa rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
Couples who want to take advantage of the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate at check-in for their stays within 6 months from the date of marriage.
Except for family rooms or some private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 stays in other rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.
Ultimate All Inclusive accommodation provided at the property starts with dinner, includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.
