A la carte restaurant is free with reservation once during the stay, second uses are paid. A la carte restaurant (Ottoman Cuisine) reservations can be made in the lobby, in the Guest Relations section.

Among the services offered for children; Every evening, there is a mini disco in the amphitheater, a pool with 1 slide, a playground, game rooms, a high chair in the main restaurant.
For little guests at the facility; There is an indoor and outdoor children's pool, a children's playroom, a children's playground, a baby chair and a mini club serving between 10.00-12.30 and 14.30-17.00 for children aged 4-12.

Beach
The facility, located at the seafront, has its own 200 m long sandy beach, platform and pier. Sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels are free of charge at the pool and on the beach. If the beach towel is lost, a fee of 10 euros must be paid. Beach towels are changed once a day. The use of private rattan seats and beds at the pier is chargeable.
General Warning
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. Children under the age of 18 are not served alcoholic beverages and children under the age of 18 are not accepted to the disco. Sea View Terrace Fantasy Rooms with Jacuzzi can accommodate only 2 people.
There is an armband application in the facility. 10 Euro is charged for lost armband and lost towel card.
The water slides serve between 10.00-12.00 and 15.00-17.00, while the pools serve between 08.00-19.00. The indoor pool is open between 08:00 and 18:00.
Access to Azura Deluxe Resort & Spa rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.
The Ultra All Inclusive accommodation provided at the property starts with dinner and includes dinner for the number of nights stayed and ends with lunch on the day of departure. Service hours may vary during the season.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room or a suite room; If any of the guests staying at the hotel leaves the hotel early, the fee will not be refunded.
