Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Some local and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are free of charge for 24 hours within the brands determined by the facility. Minibar is filled with beer, water, milk, chips, wafers and soft drinks every day. A 50% discount is applied for children between the ages of 6 and 12 for a la carte restaurant reservations. In the facility, there is a mini club between 10.00-13.00 and 14.00-18.00 and a teenage club serving between 10.00-12.30 and 14.30-17.00. In the summer season of 2021, there is a sea water pool on the beach as well as white sand and "no-smoking" areas for child guests. A baby bed is provided for the little guests. Deluxe rooms of the facility do not have twin beds, only French beds. The Deluxe Block within the facility is separate from the main building and is a block built in 2013 and equipped with the latest technology. The connection of the Deluxe Blok with the main building is provided by an overpass. Deluxe Block section has its own indoor and outdoor pool, children's pool and pool bar. Guests staying in the deluxe building and the main building can benefit from the services of both blocks.
Couples who want to take advantage of the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate at check-in for their stays within one month from the date of marriage.
The entrance to Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel & SPA rooms starts from 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property.
The use of some of the open areas serving at the facility may be limited depending on seasonal conditions.
2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.
Ultra All Inclusive accommodation at the facilities starts with dinner and includes dinner for the number of nights stayed and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is special type rooms such as family room, suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the facility early.
